Found Photographs, cellphone mounted to a wall circulating a never-ending feed of Instagram reels.

Re: Family explores technology’s effect on the collecting and sharing of family photographs. The installation consists of old photographs carefully arranged to create narratives and connotations. Compare this to the sharing of today’s images on social media–an endless scroll of dissociated images organized by denotative symbols such as hashtags and algorithms.
